Hot Tub Rules

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, please adhere to the following rules as part of our terms and conditions. If these rules are not followed, the water quality may be affected, which is the sole responsibility of the guests.

• Please keep the volume down in the hot tub after 9 pm.
• No glassware around the hot tub. We have a full set of plastic glassware for your enjoyment. If glass is found in or near the hot tub, there will be a £500 cleaning fee as glass can damage the internal pipework. It will require a professional to come and clean all of the pipework.
• Shower before using the hot tub if you wear colognes, perfumes, or lotions, as they will affect water quality.
• Please ensure all children are supervised at ALL times when in the hot tub.
• Please close the cover when you're not using the tub so it stays hot and conserves energy.
• Limit sessions to 15-20 minutes at a time.
• If you feel dizzy, exit the hot tub immediately.
• No food or drinks inside the hot tub.
• No soaps or scented oils in the water.
• Wear a towel at all times when outside the hot tub.
